“ Ordered the Bun Bo Hue and the Lemongrass Mussels. Really good fragrance for the mussels and the soup was delicious. BBH had really good portion sizing and everything I was craving. Flavorful, noodles were really good; classic bun bo hue Sat inside, server was nice and food came out quick. Cute decorations and comfortable seating. Definitely will try out their cocktails and drinks next time. ”

“ I remember coming across a video on YouTube about how this restaurant makes its own broth, so I decided to add it to my "list" for the next time I was visiting Miami. So on my last trip to Miami, I made it a point to drive up to this place to give it a try... and boy did it deliver! First off, the service staff were great! My waitress was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant itself was modern and very inviting. Now for the food... I ordered a fresh pressed sugar cane juice which was satisfying, though a little too sweet; a little too much simple syrup I think. I then proceeded to order pho with the round eye and tendon (custom order). To start off, the broth is worth the hype! The noodles were well cooked and the ingredients were all very fresh. The accompaniments were also really fresh and the restaurant also gives you the option to have your bean sprouts steamed. Putting it all together, it was one of the best bowls of pho I've had outside of Vietnam. By the time I finished this fantastic bowl of noodles, there was little left, broth included. To follow it up, I order the Pandan Crepe Cake, which I regretted, not because it was bad (it was fantastic as well), but because I was already full. Needless to say, I had to tack on a Vietnamese Coffee after everything so I could stay awake for my afternoon meetings. At the end of the day, this was a very satisfying meal and if you have a craving for pho, or Vietnamese food, Pho Bar is a MUST! ”

“ Amazing broth and meat were palate pleasers without having overly salt the ingredients. Being a Californian, this place reminded me to the tip Pho restaurants of the west coast. Excellent service and the atmosphere was clubby with a dance soundtrack playing in the background. Drink selection was vast and will need multiple visits to get though the options. Not a big ask tbh. Def coming back. ”

“ Update 1.4.2025 Dinner at Pho was just as incredible it was the last time. This just solidifies how consistent they are in the kitchen with their dishes. I ordered literally the same thing as I normally do (Flavor SPICY FISH SAUCE Chicken wings, Shrimp Pho in a vegan broth). We did add one additional item the STICKY RIBS!! Loved the quality of it all. Service is always very nice, fast paced, and friendly. They make it an enjoyable experience and answer any questions you have on the menu. The place is very cute and they do a nice job keeping tables clean and moving since it was peak dinner time. Hands down recommend a visit we truly enjoyed it all and happy to see they are still thriving over the years. ”

“ Pho Bar is in the multiuse space on Griffin Road just east of University Drive. If you can't find parking in front of the restaurant, the first floor of the parking garage in the back is for visitors and patrons of the retailers. The restaurant is very chic and modern and features Vietnamese food and a large menu of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. We got there just before 6:00 p.m. and took advantage of happy hour, which lasts from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. most days. A few single items are $7 each. They included the margaritas, wings, and spring rolls. I decided to try a spicy passion fruit margarita. Wow! The spiciness was different. But combined with the passion fruit, it really was flavorful and packed a punch. In addition to the margarita, we got the fried calamari and the tamarind chicken wings. While the calamari was a bit chewy, the tamarind wings were crispy and savory. We also ordered the Vietnamese rice crepe (not part of the happy hour specials) with pork and shrimp. It was crispy and delicious. Our first main entree was the lomo saltado, usually a Peruvian dish with sliced filet mignon sauteed with peppers, onions, and tomatoes and served with fries. This version was a bit different. The meat was a bit crispy with a sweetish sauce. And while the dish was stir fried, there wasn't any gravy, as is usually found in a saltado. The French fries also were crisp and not soggily soaked in gravy. It was a bit different than what we expected. But we did like it. The house special pho was our second entree. It included tendon, tripe, flank, beef, eye round, brisket, house made noodles, vegetables, and a flavorful broth. Yummy! For dessert, we shared a Ube mousse. My husband loved it. I would have preferred the mousse as a nice topping or filling on a slice of traditional Ube cake. With a happy-hour drink, two happy-hour appetizers, a rice crepe, two entrees (yes, we did take some food home), a dessert, tax, and an automatic 18% tip, our bill was about $116. Our server Linh was very efficient and very sweet. I am definitely going back for another spicy margarita, some tamarind chicken wings, and to try some other items on the menu. ”

Why do I continue to eat when I'm full? Because this shxt is soooooo good. I crave at least once every two weeks so I'm a frequenter. I have brought pretty much all my friends here and they get the hype. THE BEST DEAL IN SoFlo. Every dish is priced accurately and I haven't had one dish where I didn't scrape my plate. I need them to bottle up the chili sauce and sell it. Please, I need it. These homemade noodles are HITTING. Wings - just how I like them. Lightly crisped and in a nice sauce. Never disappoints. Spring rolls fried or fresh - delightful. The squid calamari - different, make sure you chew every bite lol don't choke now. Also delicious. The pork chop and chicken rice dishes are amazingly marinated, flavorful, warm and filling. My latest obsession is the pho gai lai- YO! I was a bit nervous because I didn't know what was going on but it's literally everything I love in a dish. We got a small pho on the side, some noodles with crispy pork bites on another bowl, this sweet black bean sauce and it is an EXPERIENCE! service is amazing here everyone is so nice (except this one girl one time but I've been back and she got it together now). ”

The balance of crunchy fresh vegetables, like bean sprouts, mint and jalapeños added the refreshing touch to the savoriness of the broth. The spring rolls had a nice amount of vegetables and meat. It paired nicely with the crunch of the carrot and sauce that accompanied the dish. The banh mi sandwich was incredible. The sauce, the crunch, the flavors! I truly enjoyed my first time at this restaurant and will bring everyone I know to try some amazing pho. Last but not least, the service was great. Very attentive and very knowledgeable. ”

“ Trendy and tasty! I grew up going to hole-in-the-wall pho restaurants in Davie. Despite the younger and more upscale vibe, the food is amazing. I've ordered the BBH, combination pho, banh xeo, short rib pho, bun, etc., and we never had a complaint. They give you a good portion size and a lot of protein, especially on the short rib. As for the service, this restaurant is relatively busy. You will have to flag down a server, but there are many that are happy to assist. The only critiques is the parking and price. Located at the bottom of an apartment complex, the front of the restaurant is a one-way street with a few parking spots. There is additional parking in the back. A bowl here will cost around $20, but for the quality of food, I don't mind! ”
